Museum Reserve
The museum reserve is the dedicated space for the conservation of the Matamajaw collection.
Various artifacts related to the history of the site can be found here, including particular fishing rods, expedition stencils, fishing logs, and more. In addition to ensuring their conservation and preservation, the institution conducts research on these artifacts. These objects are inventoried in our digital inventory, which can be accessed on-site.
You are a student, a researcher, or simply curious about history and interested in fishing heritage?

Library
The museum has listed the reference works in our possession. These are mostly documents on the theme of fishing, cultural heritage, and the history of the region.
We have compiled their inventory on the Zotero site, which can be consulted by everyone right here: zotero.org
